Response Times

We will respond to your support requests within 24 business hours from the time of your request. We will do our best to get back to you sooner as well as we often check for critical support requests outside normal business hours.

Business Hours

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM – 6PM Central European Time (CET).

Support includes

  • Help with VIEW26 Atlassian plugin(s) installation and updates.
  • Help troubleshooting problems with VIEW26 Atlassian plugin(s).
  • Help creating sample dashboards & reports using VIEW26 Atlassian plugin(s).

Support does not include

  • Customers who do not have a valid or active subscription.
  • Support in any other languages other than German or English.
  • Support for connectors which is not supported by VIEW26 Atlassian Apps.
